Job summary

JC Portable Site Accommodation Ltd. in Chichester seeks a Senior Multi-skilled Plumber to install, test, and maintain plumbing and HVAC systems in our modular buildings across the UK.

You will work from our manufacturing facility and on customer sites, focusing on heat pumps, air conditioning, and reliable hot and cold-water services. You must have NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating, at least 2 years of experience, and be willing to travel with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in plumbing installations.
• Experience installing plumbing systems within modular buildings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation specifications.
• Willingness to travel and work on customer sites throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission plumbing systems in modular buildings.
• Install, route, and commission heat pumps and air conditioning systems.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings and installation specifications for accurate setups.
• Test, inspect, and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and British Standards.
• Maintain and repair plumbing and HVAC systems at factory and on-site.
