Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to support multiple sites across Bristol and surrounding areas.

You will carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across a range of building systems, ensuring safety and compliance.

Essential qualifications include City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, with the ability to travel between sites within the region.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing are essential.
• Maintenance or facilities experience is required.
• Strong time management and organisational skills are required.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs, testing and fault-finding on plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Repair, install and test water and medical gas supply and distribution systems as applicable.
• Install new piping and fixtures in line with drawings and regulations.
• Maintain waste and vent lines and perform safety inspections on backflow devices where certified.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with teams to arrange additional support.
• Provide guidance to colleagues performing basic plumbing tasks safely.
• Carry out general building maintenance and system operational duties as required.
