Job summary

YASA seeks a Senior PLM Analyst to define and lead the development and deployment of Siemens NX CAD and Teamcenter PLM systems, while maintaining legacy systems.

You will support design, manufacturing, quality and procurement teams, acting as SME to ensure data quality and user proficiency. The role blends agile and waterfall methods in a hybrid work setting with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialised experience with proven project ownership.
• Strong PLM knowledge in automotive or similar data management environments.
• Experience with Teamcenter BIM/IDE, advanced workflow design, and attribute mapping.
• Experience setting up dispatchers and resolving workflow issues.
• Understanding CAD systems, preferably NX, and engineering design processes.
• Experience delivering user support, guidance documentation and training.
• Project planning, system testing and data migration experience.
• Hybrid project management blending agile and waterfall approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Siemens NX CAD and Teamcenter PLM systems.
• Provide SME guidance to engineers for CAD/PLM tools and data quality.
• Own PLM Team ticket system and conduct regular reviews.
• Deliver user guidance, online and instructor-led training on systems.
• Create procedures and work instructions for system usage.
• Develop functional/non-functional requirements to improve PLM/CAD processes.
• Lead development, testing and deployment of new or enhanced tools.
• Maintain legacy CAD and PDM data within SolidWorks environment.
• Support IT with hardware/software upgrade planning and testing.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve issues and conduct code reviews.
