Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a PLM DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain pipelines, environments and automation frameworks enabling PLM delivery teams to move from development through test, UAT, staging and production.

You will work closely with PLM architects, configurators, developers, testers, security teams and release stakeholders to ensure platform changes are repeatable, traceable and supportable, with emphasis on Siemens Teamcenter, NX and related services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps/platform engineering experience in enterprise or complex programmes.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Git-based source control, branching strategies, release branches, pull requests, artefact repos and configuration baselines.
• Experience automating infrastructure, deployment or environment configuration with PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform.
• Familiarity with PLM environments (Siemens Teamcenter, Active Workspace, NX) and CAD/PLM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, environments and automation frameworks for PLM delivery teams.
• Collaborate with PLM architects, configurators, developers, testers, security, and release stakeholders to ensure repeatable, traceable releases.
• Ensure platform changes are repeatable, traceable and supportable with clear documentation.
• Improve pipeline reliability, environment stability and deployment repeatability.
• Support Teamcenter/Active Workspace integrations and data migrations when needed.
