Job summary

Global Software Company in Windsor is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Platform Engineering to design and implement a cloud-agnostic Kubernetes platform. You will write Go, build Operators, and enable multi-cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP and private data centres.

You will mentor engineers, set standards, and contribute to a greenfield project with robust security, testing, and scale. This is a hybrid role with on-site presence in Windsor for 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or platform engineering.
• Strong production Go
• Kubernetes at scale
• Automated testing from unit to cluster level
• Cluster security, RBAC and secrets

Responsibilities

• Write Go software for a brand-new cloud-agnostic Kubernetes platform.
• Build Kubernetes Operators and controllers from scratch.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards.
• Design APIs to hide cloud differences and enable multi-cloud deployments.
