9fin is seeking a Platform Engineer to empower a DevOps culture and deliver a world-class developer experience across engineering teams. You will own infrastructure as code, secure cloud practices, and scalable CI/CD pipelines to help engineers ship rapidly and safely.

You will work on multi-account AWS setups, a developer portal, observability initiatives, and open source efforts, all within a fintech context that values reliability and velocity.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS services and cloud architectures across multiple accounts.
• Proven ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast releases.
• Proficient in Linux, Git, and scripting (Python, Bash, Go).
• In-depth knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality infrastructure as code templates/modules.
• Implement AWS multi-account core infrastructure with security best practices.
• Author CI/CD templates and optimisations for rapid releases.
• Develop a developer portal and DevOps plugins for engineers.
• Contribute to observability and report SLI/SLO metrics.
• Develop internal/open source projects to improve developer experience.
