Job summary

9fin in London is seeking a Senior Developer Experience Engineer to make software development faster, simpler and safer. You will shape internal tools, services, APIs and paved roads used by engineers across the platform.

Joining the Platform team, you’ll own the end-to-end developer experience—from design and testing to deployment, observability and production operations. You’ll build self‑service tooling, improve CI/CD and help teams deliver secure, reliable software at pace.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with end-to-end production experience.
• Ability to design and operate production-grade software.
• Experience improving development workflows, testing, deployment or observability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools, services and CLIs.
• Improve CI/CD workflows and deployment processes.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities for product engineers.
• Enhance observability with logs, metrics and traces.
• Collaborate with engineers to reduce friction and drive adoption.
• Contribute production-grade code, tests and documentation.
