Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Staff Platform Engineer based in the United Kingdom to own and evolve the CI/CD platform, including GitHub Actions and Jenkins modernization, across AWS using Terraform and Terragrunt. You will lead platform architecture decisions, improve security with least-privilege access, and support Kubernetes-based infrastructure with EKS, Helm, and ArgoCD.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD systems and platform automation.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the CI/CD platform with GitHub Actions and Jenkins modernization.
• Define platform architecture balancing scalability, security, and cost.
• Build and maintain IaC across AWS using Terraform, Terragrunt, Terramate.
• Design secure-by-default pipelines with secrets management and production approvals.
• Strengthen cloud security with least-privilege access and guardrails.
• Support Kubernetes-based infra using EKS, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Contribute to observability with Grafana/Prometheus and Backstage.
• Improve developer platform tooling and internal workflows.
• Review and optimize Terraform modules and delivery pipelines.
• Incident triage and long-term improvements to prevent recurrence.
