Job summary

Pepper Advantage Group is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability and performance of Prism products and Azure-backed infrastructure. This hands-on role designs and optimizes platform services, CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for enterprise apps.

The ideal candidate has deep cloud experience, strong collaboration skills and a passion for automation, governance, and measurable improvements in delivery, security and efficiency across multi-tenant Azure

Qualifications

8+ years of experience delivering fast-paced, agile system engineering, preferably in regulated FinTech/payments/banking domains.
Proven experience mentoring engineering teams and guiding multi-product lines.
Strong track record implementing IaC, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Deep knowledge of security, governance, and incident management in cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Azure infrastructure with appropriate tooling.
Design and configure CI/CD pipelines, containers, networks, and dashboards.
Implement Infrastructure as Code for multi-tenant Azure environments.
Optimize performance and cost of Azure resources.
Apply governance policies (Azure AD, security, networking).
Collaborate with development, QA, and Product teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Contribute to scalable, secure, observable architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven).
Embed DevSecOps and SRE principles into platform practices (SLOs, error budgets, incident management).
Drive continuous improvement using metrics-led approaches (DORA).
Demonstrated leadership, team management, and strong communication with execs, engineers, auditors.
