Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or professional ICT qualification.
• Ability to assimilate and interpret advice from ICT specialists.
• Strong understanding of ICT developments and NCC practices.
• Experience in platform administration and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer NCCs server and OS platforms including Wintel, Linux, VMware, and Azure tenancy.
• Manage Active Directory, SCCM, encrypted email, certificates, file shares and Azure management.
• Develop and maintain processes and systems for the Platform Team within approved frameworks.
• Implement strategies to maximise platform availability and provide efficient ICT services.
• Record and progress requests for monitoring and support with appropriate documentation.
• Monitor IT systems performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure services meet current and future needs and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other ICT teams and service towers to diagnose issues.
• Motivate and mentor team members to develop skills and capability.
