Job summary

Together is hiring a Senior Business Platform Engineer to design, build and support Power Platform AI solutions and related automations. You will work with stakeholders to transform complex processes into scalable digital solutions that improve colleague productivity and customer outcomes.

You will act as a technical consultant, setting standards, mentoring teammates, and ensuring delivery aligns with governance and security policies across Microsoft AI services and platform tooling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions and AI-enabled automations.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 and business systems.
• Strong governance, security and data protection understanding.
• IAM and conditional access knowledge beneficial.
• SaaS integrations and API use for automation.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
• Ability to mentor and coach teammates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Power Platform & AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Improve business processes with secure, scalable digital solutions.
• Develop AI capabilities with modern Copilot Studio and Dataverse.
• Ensure governance & compliance per standards and security requirements.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and APIs for seamless services.
• Support live services with reliable, well-documented solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and SaaS platforms for service delivery.
• Provide technical expertise in design, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
• Develop team capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Support service continuity including out-of-hours awareness.
