Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to own production readiness from purchase to production. You will drive scalable, repeatable solutions and set standards for reliability and enablement across customers and teams.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, manage technical risk, and advocate for customer needs, shaping adoption of Temporal through production success. This role requires UK residency, 6+ years of software engineering, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering or solutions engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, workflow orchestration, and reliability engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python and production-scale systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Own production readiness and activation for customer workloads.
• Lead KPI-driven success plans and cross-functional delivery.
• Define standards for patterns, governance, and operational readiness.
• Proactively manage technical risk, migrations, and architectural debt.
