Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to own production readiness, drive scalable solutions, and shape enablement strategies across teams. You'll lead KPI-driven programs, define reliability standards, and collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer success in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering or solutions engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability principles.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python and production systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Own production readiness and activation for customers' deployments.
• Run KPI-driven plans to ensure production outcomes.
• Define standards for patterns, training, governance, and readiness.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
