Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join a major Tier 1 contractor delivering flagship highways infrastructure in Norfolk. You will lead baseline scheduling, time-risk management, and progress tracking across the project lifecycle.

You will maintain the contract master program in line with client specifications, measure site progress with production control tools, and run collaborative planning sessions with site teams to hit key milestones.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior planning within civil engineering or highways.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and baseline contract programming.
• Experience leading planning sessions with site teams and delivering milestones.
• Experience working for Tier 1 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline scheduling and time-risk management across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain the master program aligned with client specifications.
• Measure site progress and produce performance dashboards.
