As they continue to expand their London-based team, they’re seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to bring expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to large-scale, multi-billion-pound programmes.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across the full lifecycle—from design to handover
• Own the integrity of project timelines, milestones, and critical paths in Primavera P6
• Validate subcontractor schedules, identify risks, and ensure alignment with project scope
• Work directly with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly and effectively
• Collaborate across project teams, integrating multiple workstreams into a single, coherent plan

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience building schedules from first principles using Primavera P6 (MS Project also a plus)
• Industry experience in rail, aviation, defence, utilities, power, telecoms, or construction
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report clearly on progress, risk, and performance
• Confidence presenting data and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to resource and cost-load schedules for full visibility of project impact
