Job summary

Scantec Recruitment is seeking a Senior Planner for a Midlands-based consultancy working on major infrastructure projects including water sector programmes. The role focuses on taking ownership of programmes, analysing performance, and delivering high-quality planning support to clients.

You will develop complex schedules, manage analyses, and work closely with project teams and stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities, while operating within NEC contract environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Planner / Senior Planner.
• Strong experience with P6/Primavera.
• Experience managing complex programmes in infrastructure.
• Good understanding of NEC contracts and change/delay analysis.
• Ability to communicate planning insights clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex project programmes.
• Provide programme analysis and reporting.
• Identify risks, delays and opportunities.
