Job summary

Scantec Recruitment is seeking a Senior Planner – Project Controls & Planning for a Nottingham-based role. The position focuses on taking ownership of complex programmes and delivering high-quality planning outputs within a hybrid working setup.

You will work across infrastructure projects, with NEC contract exposure, delays/claims analysis, and close collaboration with clients and project teams to drive project performance and value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Planner / Senior Planner.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or utilities.
• Strong P6 / Primavera experience.
• Experience managing complex programmes and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of NEC contracts and change/delay/claims.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing complex project programmes.
• Programme analysis and reporting.
• Identifying risks, delays and opportunities.
• Working closely with project teams and stakeholders.
