Job summary

NMS Recruit is seeking an experienced Senior Planner/Planner for a leading Tier 1 contractor operating across the UK and Ireland. You will develop, manage and monitor project programmes from tender through to completion, supporting bid teams and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams across education, healthcare, commercial, residential and public sector projects.

You will hold a relevant degree and demonstrate strong programme controls, risk management and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner in construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Asta Powerproject and detailing programmes.
• Strong understanding of risk management and programme controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project programmes from tender to completion.
• Produce detailed construction programmes, progress reports and updates.
• Monitor performance against objectives and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support bid and pre-construction teams with tender planning and programme development.
• Communicate programme performance clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide planning expertise across multiple projects, ensuring best practice.
