Job summary

Infraspec is hiring a Lead Planner for major baggage systems projects at Heathrow Airport. The role offers a permanent contract with a salary up to £100,000 and a hybrid pattern (~3 days per week on-site at Heathrow / Bath Road).

You will lead complex schedules, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, and ensure robust delivery plans in a challenging airport setting. You will be an experienced Senior Planner with a track record in engineering, infrastructure, or construction.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Experience within airports or baggage handling projects is advantageous.
• Ability to lead planning activities with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project programmes.
• Monitor progress against milestones and flag delays early.
• Collaborate with project/engineering teams to define schedule needs.
• Challenge assumptions and drive realistic delivery plans.
• Identify schedule risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Provide clear programme reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support planning, forecasting, and programme controls for project teams.
• Operate within a busy airport environment.
