Job summary

Infraspec is recruiting a Lead Planner for Heathrow Airport baggage systems projects. This permanent role offers a salary up to £100,000 with a hybrid pattern: around 3 days per week at Heathrow / Bath Road.

You will lead detailed programmes, manage milestones, and work with engineering and project teams to ensure robust, achievable delivery. You will be an established Senior Planner with experience delivering complex engineering, infrastructure, or construction programmes.

Qualifications

• Experienced Lead Planner with a track record delivering complex engineering projects.
• Experience in airports, baggage handling, or similar high‑profile environments.
• Comfortable challenging project teams and owning the planning process.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain detailed project programmes.
• Monitor progress against milestones and flag delays early.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand programme needs.
• Challenge assumptions and drive realistic delivery plans.
• Identify schedule risks, dependencies and critical paths.
• Provide clear programme reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support planning, forecasting and programme controls for delivery.
• Operate within a complex airport environment.
