Job summary

Infraspec is seeking a Lead Planner / Head of Planning in a London-based hybrid role with occasional travel. The candidate will lead a planning team, manage strategic client relationships and drive commercial and technical planning across major infrastructure programmes.

We expect extensive Primavera P6 experience, NEC4 contract knowledge, and strong leadership. The role offers growth into senior leadership and broad exposure across projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive Primavera P6 experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts.
• Experience leading planning teams.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Power BI and advanced reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of planning professionals.
• Supporting business growth, bids and strategic client relationships.
• Building relationships with clients, contractors and supply chain partners.
• Providing senior-level planning advice across major infrastructure programmes.
• Managing commercial performance and contributing to P&L.
• Overseeing programme reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Driving collaborative planning and lean methodologies.
