Job summary

CMR is hiring a Senior Planner with DV clearance or SC clearance and willingness to obtain DV clearance. The role is hybrid in Reading, full-time, starting immediately.

You will develop and maintain construction schedules, align estimates with scope, and work with cost, risk, and procurement teams to ensure schedule integrity and governance. Strong communication and experience in NEC/FIDIC contracts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential DV/SC clearance and willingness to DV clear.
• Solid scheduling expertise with Primavera P6 and schedule ownership.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure planning and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, realistic construction schedules.
• Define basis of estimate for schedule scope and key assumptions.
• Support planning leadership across the programme and ensure governance.
