Job summary

Cooper Moss Rutland (CMR) is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our UK team on a hybrid basis in Reading. You will develop and maintain robust construction schedules, align estimates with scope, and support governance across programmes.

The role requires DV/SC clearance (or SC with willingness to DV) and strong know-how in Primavera P6, NEC/FIDIC contracts, and stakeholder engagement. You will contribute to shaping project controls across our expanding UK portfolio.

Qualifications

• DV/SC clearance (or willingness to DV)
• Experience in construction/infrastructure environments
• Strong scheduling expertise including Primavera P6
• Senior Planner level with schedule ownership and coordination
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contracts
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust construction schedules
• Define Basis of Estimate for schedule scope with key assumptions
• Support planning leadership to ensure schedule quality and governance
• Coordinate with Cost and Risk teams for alignment of estimates and impacts
• Review supplier/contractor schedules and validate logic
• Ensure schedule estimates are validated with benchmark data and BIM constraints
