Job summary

CMR is seeking an experienced Senior Planner in Reading to join a dynamic project controls team. You will develop robust construction schedules, ensure governance, and align estimates with schedule impacts across internal and external partners.

Ideal candidates hold DV or SC clearance, have construction/infrastructure scheduling experience, and can lead schedule ownership at senior levels while collaborating across the programme. This role is full-time with 5 days in the Reading office.

Qualifications

• Proven scheduling expertise with construction/infra environment.
• Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust construction schedules.
• Define Basis of Estimate for schedule scope and assumptions.
• Ensure schedule governance and integration across teams.
• Review supplier/contractor schedules for realism and deliverability.
• Collaborate with Cost and Risk teams to align estimates and schedule impacts.
