Zusammenfassung

Tilbury Douglas is seeking a Senior Planner to join our Regional Building Team in Castleford. You will develop and manage construction programmes from pre-construction to delivery, working with bid, design, commercial and operations to support competitive tenders and projects.

You will monitor progress, identify risks, and lead planning decisions while maintaining strong relationships with clients and the supply chain. A degree is preferred and CSCS safety training is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing complex construction programmes in a main contractor or consultancy.
• Proficiency with ASTA and Microsoft Office; familiarity with BIM.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Degree in a relevant discipline (preferred) with CSCS card and safety training.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and review construction programmes from prequalification through to project delivery.
• Work with bid, design, commercial and operations teams to support work-winning and programme development.
• Monitor progress, update programmes, identify risks and opportunities, and provide planning support.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams while promoting collaborative planning.
• Champion continuous improvement and digital planning tools, mentoring junior planners where required.
