Job summary
Caddick Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Preconstruction and Operations team in the Yorkshire region. You will lead the planning strategy for live and preconstruction projects, coordinating across design, procurement and construction to drive programme performance.
You will use Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6, with MS Excel and 4D BIM tools, shaping bids and monitoring progress. This role demands leadership, strong communication and regional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in construction planning and delivery.
- Leadership within regional or multi-project capacity.
- Proven ability to develop detailed programmes at preconstruction and delivery stages.
- Experience using Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and 4D BIM planning tools.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT or other standard forms of contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning strategy for live and preconstruction projects across the Yorkshire region.
- Develop and manage integrated programmes covering design, procurement and construction.
- Support tender stage with robust programme solutions and bid submissions.
- Monitor live progress, identify risks/delays and propose improvements.
- Oversee regional resource demand and planning workshops.
- Ensure programme compliance and audit standards across the region.
