The Highfield Company is seeking a Senior Piling Engineer/Project Engineer to join a major ground engineering operation on the Lower Thames Crossing. This role involves overseeing piling and ground engineering activities on a landmark civil project and coordinating with site management and subcontractors.

You will manage day-to-day piling activities, review drawings and method statements, ensure safety, quality and programme compliance, and help deliver CFA and rotary piling works along with

Formación

• Experience in senior piling or project engineer roles.
• Strong background in piling and ground engineering.
• Experience with CFA and rotary piling.
• Exposure to diaphragm walls, cutter soil mixing and deep soil mixing advantageous.
• Experience on major civil, infrastructure or geotechnical projects.
• Good technical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate site teams and manage engineering deliverables.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and coordinating day-to-day piling engineering activities.
• Supporting the delivery of specialist piling and ground engineering operations.
• Overseeing engineering activities across CFA and rotary piling operations.
• Supporting diaphragm wall, cutter soil mixing and deep soil mixing activities.
• Reviewing and implementing engineering drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Coordinating setting out, quality assurance and technical inspections.
• Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential engineering challenges.
• Working closely with construction management and subcontractor teams.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
