Job summary

City St George's, University of London invites applications for a Senior Technician in Physiotherapy teaching laboratories. You will lead setup, maintenance and operation of clinical skills spaces, rehabilitation facilities and simulated environments to support high-quality practical teaching.

You will supervise technicians, manage equipment stock and maintenance programmes, provide expert guidance to students and staff, and help ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across learning

Qualifications

• Experience supporting rehabilitation equipment, teaching laboratories, simulation facilities or specialised healthcare technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of physiotherapy teaching laboratories and simulated clinical environments.
• Prepare, maintain and troubleshoot equipment used for physical assessment and rehabilitation.
• Provide technical guidance to students and staff for learning spaces.
• Supervise technicians, manage stock and maintenance programmes.
• Contribute to service improvements while ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance.
