Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting simulation facilities, immersive learning environments or specialist equipment in an educational, healthcare or training setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and provide guidance to staff and students.
• Able to supervise technicians and manage stock and maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of clinical skills and simulated learning environments.
• Ensure equipment, teaching areas and resources are prepared, maintained and operated safely and effectively.
• Provide technical support to students and academic staff, assist with immersive simulation scenarios and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Supervise technicians, manage stock and maintenance records, and contribute to service improvements while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• When required, provide support to other programmes and conduct on-site work every day.
