A leading healthcare provider in Bristol is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to manage a diverse caseload in a rotational role. You will support clinical leads, oversee team operations, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. This position requires a Degree in Physiotherapy, HCPC registration, and relevant healthcare experience. The role offers a salary range of £38,682 to £46,580 per annum based on experience.

- Assessment and management of a varied and complex acute caseload.
- Support the clinical lead with the running of the team
- Delegate work to team members including therapy support workers
- As a senior member of staff this position will help with the day to day running of the wards and support other junior members of staff including students.
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team
- To participate in service improvement projects, to work towards the departmental objectives
- This position will also participate in weekend working and on call services.
North Bristol Trust is a major trauma centre, regional centre for burns and plastics, neurosciences, elective orthopaedic surgery and vascular surgery. This provides staff with the opportunity to become highly skilled in the assessment and treatment of extremely complex patients.

The successful candidate will:
- Hold a Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Be registered with the HCPC
- Have relevant healthcare experience
- Have a broad knowledge and experience in the field of physiotherapy
- Be able to prioritise and manage their own workload
- Have excellent communication skills
-Have the ability to work sensitively and effectively with patients and family members.
- Be able to work individually and/or as part of an MDT
- Be able to carry out moderate to intense physical effort throughout the working day.
- Have evidence of continuing professional development.
- Be flexible to adapt to the needs of the service.
