Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist for Goring Hall Hospital in West Sussex. This 20-hour-per-week fixed-term role involves independent assessment, MSK rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary collaboration to support complex cases.

Qualifications

HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
Solid post-registration experience across clinical areas.
Extensive MSK rehabilitation, sports injuries and post-surgical recovery.
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making.
CPD or postgraduate learning in relevant area.
Experience mentoring junior staff or students.
Familiarity with electronic documentation and outcome measurement tools.

Responsibilities

Independently assess and treat patients with complex needs in inpatient or outpatient settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans to optimise recovery and function.
Monitor progress and adapt interventions to maintain high standards of care.
Manage a designated caseload prioritising clinical urgency and discharge planning.
Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe patient care.
Support continuity of care by aiding patient transitions between services.
