Job summary

Circle Integrated Care, part of Circle Health Group, invites applications for a Senior Physiotherapist in MSK across inpatient and outpatient settings. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours weekly with a permanent contract and a salary up to £48,117 per year, depending on experience, training and qualification.

You will manage a caseload, develop individualised treatment plans, mentor junior staff, and contribute to audits and service improvements within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
• Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to team working and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
• Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students, offering guidance and informal supervision.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records in line with HCPC, CSP, and local policy.
• Participate in audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement projects.
