Job summary

The Park Hospital in Nottingham, part of Circle Health Group Limited, is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist for a 22.5-hour-a-week fixed-term contract. The role involves leading complex caseload management across MSK, neuro, orthopaedics or respiratory areas, with supervision of Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists and students.

Salary: Up to £43,680.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for an Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapy department.

This is a part time role for 22.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory).
• Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice.
• Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways, protocols, and outcome measures within your area.
• Ensure all care is delivered in line with regulatory, professional, and organisational standards (e.g. HCPC, CSP, CQC).
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and carers to promote engagement, education, and self-management.
