The Clementine Churchill Hospital, part of Circle Health Group in Harrow, is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist MSK - Outpatients for a 32.5 hour per week role. The post combines assessment and treatment of complex MSK outpatients with flexible shifts and ongoing professional development.

You will join a supportive Physiotherapy team, providing leading edge care, mentoring juniors, and contributing to service improvements within a renowned private healthcare network.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess and treat patients with more complex MSK needs.
• Develop individualised treatment plans to optimise recovery and independence.
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions to maintain high standards of care.
• Manage a designated caseload with prioritisation based on urgency and discharge planning.
• Liaise with the MDT to support safe, effective patient care and continuity of services.

The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow Is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist MSK - Outpatients to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a part-time role for 32.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
• Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care.
• Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
• Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas with 5 years MSK experience.
• Desirable to have specialities in but not limited to: Women's Health, Vestibular, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to team working and service improvement.
• Evidence of CPD or postgraduate learning in a relevant clinical area.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff or students.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation and outcome measurement tools.
• Involvement in audit or clinical service initiatives.
