Job summary

The Park Hospital in Nottingham, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is 22.5 hours per week with flexible shifts.

You will lead complex caseloads in MSK, neuro, orthopaedics and respiratory, supervise junior staff, and contribute to clinical pathways while delivering high‑quality care in line with HCPC guidelines.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist required.
• Extensive post-registration experience with complex caseloads.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and organisational skills.
• Evidence of audit, service development or quality improvement.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary team working ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, treatment and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans aligned with patient goals and evidence-based practice.
• Provide supervision and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants and students.
• Contribute to clinical pathways, protocols and outcome measures.
• Ensure care meets HCPC, CSP, CQC standards.
• Build therapeutic relationships to promote engagement and self-management.
