Job Description

Senior Physiotherapist

Location: Rowley Hall Hospital - Stafford

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week

Shifts: Variable to include evenings and weekends

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist passionate about delivering excellent care to join our Physiotherapy Team. You will provide clinical care to in-patients and out-patients, managing a diverse case load including orthopaedic, spinal, podiatric, surgical, MSK, women’s health, and post-operative patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based, safe, and effective clinical care
  • Develop and review treatment plans for complex MSK conditions
  • Manage your own caseload, time, and diary
  • Respect patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
  • Lead individual and group rehabilitation programs
  • Contribute to Physiotherapy Service Development
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards; participate in audits
  • Commit to evidence-based practice and CPD
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Current HCPC registration
  • Understanding of CSP standards
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and off-site locations
  • Previous supervisory experience
Desirable Skills
  • Training in SWT and acupuncture
  • Experience as a Clinical Educator
