SR2 - Socially Responsible Recruitment seeks a Senior Physical Security Adviser with active SC clearance to manage security risk across a complex national infrastructure. You will lead risk assessments, oversee security surveys, and provide senior technical guidance while mentoring junior advisers.

The role combines strategic advisory duties with hands-on delivery, including incident investigations and governance of security processes. Independent delivery and stakeholder influence are essential.

Formación

• Significant experience in physical security consultancy or risk management.
• Strong capability in leading risk assessments and site surveys.
• Mentoring junior advisers and developing team capability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site security surveys and threat/risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and develop practical security recommendations.
• Provide guidance on CCTV, access control, and protective security systems.
• Mentor junior security advisers and standardize methodologies.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate risks into actionable actions.
• Support policy development, risk reporting and continuous improvement.
