Qualifications

• 3+ years PHP development with Yii2, MVC, and strong OOP.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, and performance tuning at scale.
• Knowledge of UK fintech regs (FCA, GDPR) and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop features across the automated decision engine and payment processing.
• Build integrations with credit reference agencies, lenders, and payment gateways.
• Write and maintain tests with Codeception.
• Participate in AI-assisted code reviews and ensure security.
• Debug production issues involving financial transactions.
• Collaborate with AI tooling to accelerate development while maintaining control.
