  4. Providing high-quality model direction to ensure energy, authenticity, and engagement; coaching the team to bring out expressive, fashion-forward movements aligned with ASOS aesthetic.
  5. Managing creative implementation, budgets, cost per product, and volumetric KPIs.
  6. Leading a team of Midweight and Junior Photographers, monitoring processes throughout the day.
  7. Creating and maintaining creative shoot guides from a photography perspective.
  8. Ensuring Photographers are equipped to meet styling expectations per segment.
  9. Collaborating with Photography Seniors to develop strategic segment evolution based on current trends and fashion relevancy.
