Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk
  • Greet and manage client arrivals with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email queries promptly and with polish.
  • Manage bookings using clinical systems and confirm appointments.
  • Provide pre-treatment guidance and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Maintain reception and waiting areas to luxury standards.
