Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Chief Pharmacy Technician, Operations and Governance (NHS AfC: Band 7) in Chertsey. The role leads dispensary and homecare operations, providing senior technical support and strategic governance, and deputising for the Senior Operations Manager.

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• ACPT Qualification: Achieved certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct line management to Dispensary Lead and Homecare team, including 1:1s and appraisals.
• Deliver strategic leadership as Pharmacy SLT member and drive workforce planning and quality initiatives.
• Lead on governance, policy development and service improvement across dispensary and homecare services.
• Support recruitment, interview panels and staff induction.
