Job summary

You will work to high customer service standards and follow all department policies under the direction of Senior Technicians. The post emphasises accuracy, training for competence, and adherence to Health and Safety and Standing

Qualifications

• Data accuracy on the computer system.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 7 day service including weekends.
• Deal with enquiries received over the telephone and within Pharmacy Stores environment.
• Attend promptly to all internal and external customers and provide a high standard of customer service.
• Maintain satisfactory personal performance and professional standards.
• Follow procedures and policies of the department and directorate.
