Qualifications

5+ years of active experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety Operations.
Deep tactical understanding of day-to-day case processing workflows, intake, validation criteria, database reconciliation, and global expedited reporting timelines.
Strategic PV Operations expertise with a clear vision of automation and digital transformation in PV.
Demonstrated AI experience with AI-driven software, automated workflow tools, or machine learning in PV or life sciences.
Strong ability to bridge PV knowledge with technical product teams and present to executive customers.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Workflow Guidance: Advise product/engineering on safety case intake, triage, validation, and data reconciliation workflows.
AI Calibration & Verification: Review AI-driven outputs for precision, accuracy, and safety.
Strategic PV Ops Vision: Translate PV trends into platform capabilities and automation strategies.
Early Adopter Engagement: Translate feedback from PV leads into platform improvements.
Stress-Test Scenario Building: Map complex safety case scenarios to evaluate platform reasoning.
