Job summary

Qualifications
- Post-registration hospital pharmacy experience across a range of specialties.
- Experience in multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and high quality pharmaceutical care.
Responsibilities
- Develop clinical expertise in acute medicine, therapeutic drug monitoring, antimicrobial stewardship and managing complex regimens in critically ill patients.
- Lead and mentor rotational and junior pharmacists, supervise staff, and help shape the service.
- Progress prescribing as Independent Prescriber for eligible patients.
- Contribute to new protocols, guidelines, and integrated care pathways, using the electronic prescribing system (PICS).
- Lead audits and practice research, publish findings, and build regional/national links.
