University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking pharmacists to deliver daily clinical pharmacy services across wards and clinics. The role includes prescribing, reviewing medications, and supporting education and training initiatives to improve patient care.

The post involves contributing to audits and research within the CMG and department, with opportunities to lead on local improvement projects and discharge flow initiatives. A permanent, full- and part-time contract is available.

Competenze

• Evidence of effective verbal and written communication.
• Minimum of 2 years post-registration clinical pharmacy experience.
• Solid current clinical knowledge.
• Demonstrable alignment with the Trust values and behaviours.

Mansioni

• Provide daily clinical pharmacy services to specified wards and clinics.
