Job summary

FJN Growth Solutions in London is seeking a senior Pet Insurance Claims professional to own technical claims oversight, quality and governance within a growing insurance operation. The role is London-based with a hybrid working model and travel for partner visits.

You will lead a specialist pet claims referral team, provide technical oversight to TPAs, conduct audits and drive improvements using MI and data. Strong stakeholder management and FCA governance experience are essential.

• Experience in technical oversight, audit or claims quality.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical authority for complex, high-value and contentious pet claims.
• Lead and support a specialist pet claims referral team.
• Provide technical oversight and challenge to TPAs.
• Conduct claims audits, file reviews and quality assessments.
• Identify claims leakage, risk and opportunities for improvement.
• Support governance, compliance and FCA-related requirements.
• Use claims MI and data to drive improvements in quality and consistency.
• Provide technical input into digital claims, automation and decision-making initiatives.
