Job summary

MPJ Recruitment, in partnership with an established legal practice, is seeking a Litigation Executive to join the Serious Injury team. You will support senior fee earners on high-value personal injury matters from inception to resolution, gaining exposure to complex multi-track litigation and challenging claims.

We welcome candidates with at least two years of civil litigation experience, CPR knowledge, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience within civil litigation.
• Working knowledge of CPR and Pre-Action Protocols.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in handling records and documents.
• Experience reviewing medical records and evidential documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the progression of complex personal injury matters from inception to conclusion.
• Review medical records and evidential documents.
• Prepare case summaries and detailed file notes.
• Manage disclosure and document collation.
• Prepare expert and Counsel instruction packs.
• Liaise with barristers, medical experts and other stakeholders.
• Arrange conferences and meetings.
• Monitor court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Conduct legal research.
• Assist with client reporting and service delivery requirements.
• Support investigation and progression of high-value injury claims.
