CRA Consulting are recruiting for a Serious Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a specialist claimant Personal Injury practice in Leighton Buzzard. You will manage a portfolio of Personal Injury matters, with caseloads tailored to experience and strong client care.

The role offers an office-based start with potential for some home working, a steady workload, support staff, and long-term progression in a close-knit team handling Intermediate Track, Multi-Track and serious injury work.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with Personal Injury experience.
• Experience managing their own caseload in PI matters.
• Experience handling Intermediate Track, Multi-Track and Serious Injury claims.

Responsibilities

• Managing Personal Injury and Serious Injury claims from instruction to settlement.
• Handling Intermediate Track, Multi-Track and higher-value matters.
• Investigating liability, causation and quantum; reviewing medical and expert evidence.
• Instructing experts and Counsel; drafting pleadings and statements.
• Negotiating settlements and attending client meetings.
