Senior Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive (8+ PQE) | Flexible Hybrid Working

A leading specialist personal injury firm is looking to recruit an experienced solicitor to manage a caseload of multi-track claimant matters. This is a rare opportunity to join a practice built around delivering exceptional personalinjury work, with a focus on quality over volume.

The Role

You'll manage your own portfolio of multi-track personal injury claims, typically valued between£50,000 and £150,000, taking responsibility for strategy and progression from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

• Running your own claimant personal injury caseload
• Managing liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement issues
• Securing early interim payments and rehabilitation support
• Working closely with counsel, case managers and medical experts

About You

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with circa8+ years' PQE
• Strong track record handling claimant personal injury litigation
• Excellent litigation and case management skills
