Job summary

Minster Law Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced solicitor or Fellow of CILEx to manage a portfolio of serious injury claims, predominantly RTA cases with significant quantum and technical issues. You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to department strategy and growth while maintaining high standards of client care.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx with at least 4 years post-qualification experience.
Proven track record of handling serious injury claims and litigious work.
Excellent client care and communication.
Strong drafting, negotiation and KPI-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent client care to clients who have suffered a traumatic and life changing event.
Support your Team Leader in leadership and motivation of your team ensuring clear objectives and KPIs are followed.
Conduct regular technical and case reviews, providing feedback and mentoring as required.
Regular communication and face to face meetings with your client.
Drafting documents including statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation.
